About Us

The Assyrian Athletic Club of Illinois is a non-for-profit organization founded in 1970.

AAC has been essential to Chicago’s Assyrian community since its inception, bringing together Assyrians for generations. The AAC organizes and conducts various athletic leagues designed to challenge males and females of all ages.

The Club originally began as a single team: the Winged Bull Soccer Team. With time, the Club would expand to include a youth soccer program for hundreds of Assyrian children;

it was the first of its kind in the Chicagoland area.
